And we kick off February with Lori Scott Dreiling – nominated by Shara Gamble. Shara shares this about Lori:

Dreiling, Lori Scott small“Lori is connected to the community in many ways including spearheading efforts to integrate businesses and professional organizations with local universities. She volunteers her time with youth sporting activities, chamber of commerce, and human resources associations. Lori showcases her talent management skills in each organization and is careful to ensure she develops an upcoming HR professional right along with her. Many young professionals contribute their success to mentoring with Lori. Year after year Lori makes deliberate efforts to engage professionals in networking and remind us all that we are part of a greater network rather than getting lost and overwhelmed in our personal workloads. This art is often forgotten in the world of HR where everything is confidential. Her message is simple, you’re not alone – let’s engage the team and take on the mountains together. There simply is not a better choice for an honoree. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to partner with Lori and look forward to the future challenges we will overcome. Should you select her to be recognized as one of the 50 over 50 your organization will certainly be better off for it.”

Congratulations Lori for being our first nominee for February!
