Karl smallKarl Ahlrichs was nominated by Brad Galin

Brad Galin is a quality HR professional in his own right and has nominated a very interesting candidate for 50over50HR. Read till the end … you will not be dissapointed.

I am pleased to nominate a friend and colleague, Karl Ahlrichs, for the 50over50HR recognition. Karl is a well-known and highly respected HR professional. Currently, he works for Indianapolis based Gregory and Appel as a Senior Consultant where he works with Healthcare issues and Risk Management in all forms and likes to apply “uncommon sense” to a high risk world.

He regularly delivers strategic presentations on “Next Steps” in Health Insurance, Risk Management, and Leadership Skills. Karl is an HR pro who has worked to actively bridge the gap between finance and HR and chairs a CFO roundtable group in Indianapolis and is a regularly featured speaker at CPA conferences around the country. Karl is an active member of the HR Indiana conference committee and volunteers regularly at other events.

Karl also presents at SHRM conferences around the country and is a frequent highly rated speaker at the SHRM annual conference. His speaking success has led to recognition from the National Speakers Association.

Some of Karl’s previous experience includes time working at Right Management as well as Marsh and McLannan in Indianapolis. On a personal note, Karl is also a descendant of a survivor of the Donner Party and has recently worked on a documentary about the 1846 journey to the West. (BOOM!)

Congratulations John and good luck in the 2015/2016 annual award selection process! Please share this recognition with your friends and fellow HR professionals!
